Creonio ("Creonio", "we", "us") respects your privacy and is committed to protecting your personal data. This Privacy Policy explains what personal data we collect, why we use it, and what rights you have.
1. Data Controller
Creonio is operated by Adam Jakab, a sole proprietor established in Hungary.

2. What data we collect
Depending on how you use Creonio, we may collect:
- Account data: email address, password hash, username and account type.
- Profile data: display name, biography, profile image, categories and other information you choose to publish.
- Creator content: content, posts and other materials you upload.
- Subscription data: information relating to subscriptions and creator–subscriber relationships.
- Payment data: payment and transaction information necessary to process payments. Card details are handled by our payment provider and are not stored by Creonio.
- Communications: messages and other information you send through Creonio.
- Technical data: IP address, browser/device information, timestamps, security logs and information necessary to operate and protect the service.
We do not intentionally collect sensitive personal data unless it is necessary, lawful and specifically supported by the service.
3. Why we use your data
We use personal data to:
- create and maintain user accounts;
- provide creator pages, subscriptions and other platform functionality;
- process payments and payouts;
- provide customer support;
- communicate with users about their accounts and the service;
- maintain platform security and prevent fraud, abuse and unauthorized access;
- comply with legal and regulatory obligations; and
- improve and maintain Creonio.
We do not sell your personal data.
4. Legal bases
Depending on the purpose, we process personal data based on:
- performance of a contract — to provide the Creonio service you request;
- legal obligations — where processing is required by law;
- legitimate interests — including security, fraud prevention, service operation and improvement, where permitted by law;
- consent — where consent is legally required.
Where processing is based on consent, you may withdraw that consent at any time.
5. Payment processing
Payments on Creonio are processed through Stripe. Creonio does not store full payment card details.
Stripe may process personal and payment information in accordance with its own privacy policy and terms.
Other service providers may also process personal data on our behalf where necessary to operate Creonio, such as hosting, infrastructure, email and security providers.
6. Data sharing
We only share personal data where necessary to:
- provide and operate Creonio;
- process payments;
- provide hosting, infrastructure, security and other essential services;
- comply with legal obligations; or
- protect the rights, safety and security of Creonio, our users or others.
We do not sell or rent personal data to third parties.
Some service providers may process data outside the European Economic Area. Where required, appropriate legal safeguards are used for such transfers.
7. Public creator information
Creators may choose to publish information such as their display name, biography, profile image, creator URL and published content.
Information intentionally published on a public creator page may be visible to anyone and may be indexed by search engines.
Do not publish personal information you do not want to make public.
8. How long we keep data
We keep personal data only for as long as reasonably necessary for the purposes described above, including providing the service, maintaining security and complying with legal, accounting and other obligations.
When data is no longer required, we delete or anonymize it where reasonably possible.
9. Your rights
Depending on the circumstances, you have rights under applicable data protection law, including the right to:
- access your personal data;
- correct inaccurate data;
- request deletion of your data;
- restrict certain processing;
- object to certain processing;
- receive your data in a portable format where applicable; and
- withdraw consent where processing is based on consent.

10. Security

Creonio may use necessary cookies or similar technologies required for authentication, security, session management and the operation of the service.
Where additional cookies or tracking technologies requiring consent are introduced, we will provide the appropriate information and consent mechanism.
12. Changes to this Privacy Policy
We may update this Privacy Policy when necessary to reflect changes to Creonio, applicable law or our data processing practices.
