By creating an account, accessing, or using Creonio (the "Platform," "we," "us," or "our"), you agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions ("Terms"). If you do not agree, do not use the Platform. These Terms form a binding legal agreement between you and [Company Legal Name].

You must be at least 18 years old to create an account or use the Platform in any capacity, whether as a Subscriber or a Creator. There are no exceptions.

The Platform supports two account types: Subscribers, who browse and purchase access to content, and Creators, who upload and monetize content.
You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activity that occurs under your account. Notify us immediately at [support email] if you suspect unauthorized access.
One person may not maintain multiple accounts for the purpose of evading a suspension, ban, or content restriction.
This is the single most important section of these Terms. Violation of this section results in immediate, permanent account termination and, where applicable, a report to law enforcement and relevant authorities — no warning, no appeal, no exceptions.
If you encounter content that violates this section, report it immediately to [abuse/trust & safety email]. Reports involving suspected CSAM are additionally, and automatically, reported by us to the National Center for Missing & Exploited Children (NCMEC) and/or the relevant authority in your jurisdiction, as legally required.
You, the Creator, are solely and entirely responsible for the content you upload. This includes, without limitation, responsibility for:
Creonio does not pre-screen every upload before it is published. Publishing does not constitute endorsement or verification by Creonio that content complies with these Terms or applicable law.
If your content is found to violate Section 4, your account will be terminated and your content permanently removed. Where the violation constitutes a crime, we will preserve relevant records, report the matter to law enforcement, and cooperate fully with any resulting investigation.
You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless Creonio, [Company Legal Name], and its officers, employees, and affiliates from any claim, liability, damage, or expense (including reasonable legal fees) arising from content you upload or your breach of these Terms.
Creonio hosts content intended for adults only. All visitors must confirm they are 18 or older before accessing content flagged as containing adult material, and the Platform applies additional access controls to content of this nature.
Creators publishing adult content additionally represent and warrant, for each such upload, that all persons depicted are 18 or older and that appropriate consent and documentation exist and will be produced upon request.

Subscribers may purchase recurring access to a Creator's content at the price set by that Creator. Subscriptions renew automatically until cancelled.
You may cancel your subscription at any time from your account settings; cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period, and no partial-period refund is issued unless required by applicable law.
All payments are processed by our payment processor, Stripe. We do not store your full payment card details. By making a payment, you also agree to Stripe's terms of service.
Creonio retains a platform commission (currently 10%) from each transaction; the remainder is paid to the Creator, subject to the payment processor's own fees. Commission rates may change with notice as described in Section 14.
Chargebacks and payment disputes filed in bad faith (i.e. after having received and accessed the content in question) may result in account suspension.
Creators retain ownership of the content they upload. By uploading, a Creator grants Creonio a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free license to host, store, transmit, and display that content on the Platform for the purpose of operating the service, including generating thumbnails and previews.
Subscribers are granted a limited, non-transferable, revocable license to view content they have paid for, for personal use only. Downloading, screen-recording, redistributing, or reselling content is prohibited except where explicitly permitted.
DMCA / Copyright complaints: if you believe content on the Platform infringes your copyright, send a notice to [copyright/DMCA email] including the information required under the DMCA (or the equivalent notice-and-takedown process in your jurisdiction).
We reserve the right, but do not assume the obligation, to review, remove, or restrict access to any content at our sole discretion, with or without notice.
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate any account, with or without notice, for violation of these Terms, suspected illegal activity, or at our discretion to protect the safety of the Platform and its users.
Termination under Section 4 (Zero Tolerance) is immediate and without opportunity for appeal. Termination for other violations may, at our discretion, include a warning and opportunity to remedy before permanent action is taken.
Our collection and use of your personal data is described in our separate [Privacy Policy], which is incorporated into these Terms by reference.
The Platform is provided "as is" and "as available," without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including without limitation warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement. We do not warrant that the Platform will be uninterrupted, secure, or error-free.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, [Company Legal Name] and its officers, employees, and affiliates shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits or revenue, arising from your use of the Platform. Our total liability for any claim arising from these Terms shall not exceed the amount you paid us in the twelve (12) months preceding the claim.
