4. Acceptable Use & Zero-Tolerance Policy

4.1 Our Commitment

Creonio is committed to maintaining a safe, lawful, respectful, and trustworthy platform for creators, subscribers, business partners, payment providers, advertisers, and the broader online community.

Every User shares responsibility for protecting the integrity of the Platform.

Any use of the Platform that threatens the safety of individuals, violates applicable law, infringes the rights of others, undermines Platform integrity, or exposes Creonio or its Users to unacceptable legal, financial, or security risks is prohibited.

Compliance with this Section is a fundamental condition of using the Platform.

4.2 Zero-Tolerance Principle

Certain conduct is fundamentally incompatible with the operation of the Platform.

For the most serious violations, permanent account termination may occur without prior warning.

Nothing in this Section limits Creonio's obligation to comply with applicable law or lawful requests from competent authorities.

Users must not upload, publish, transmit, distribute, promote, request, facilitate, purchase, sell, advertise, or otherwise make available any Content that is unlawful under applicable law.

This prohibition applies regardless of whether the Content is offered free of charge or for payment.

4.4 Adult, Sexual & Explicit Content

Creonio does not permit Adult Content (as defined in Section 2.9), regardless of whether such Content would otherwise be lawful to publish elsewhere. This is a Platform policy choice, applied uniformly to all Users and all Content published, transmitted, sold, offered, or otherwise made available through the Platform, and includes, without limitation:

This prohibition exists independently of, and in addition to, the other prohibitions set out in this Section 4 (including but not limited to Section 4.5, Child Safety, and Section 4.6, Consent & Privacy), which continue to apply with full force to any content of this nature that is nonetheless found on the Platform.

Creators found to be publishing, or attempting to publish, Adult Content are subject to immediate Content removal and may face suspension or permanent termination of their account under Section 8 (Platform Moderation, Enforcement & Trust & Safety), without prior warning, at Creonio's sole discretion.

4.5 Child Safety

Creonio maintains an absolute zero-tolerance policy regarding child sexual exploitation and child endangerment.

The following are strictly prohibited:

Withdrawal of consent shall be handled in accordance with applicable law and Platform procedures.

Users must not use AI to create or distribute:

Users remain fully responsible for all AI-generated or AI-assisted Content they publish.

4.17 Reporting Violations

Users are encouraged to report suspected violations through the Platform's reporting mechanisms.

Knowingly submitting false or malicious reports may itself constitute a violation of these Terms.

Creonio will review reports using a combination of automated systems and human review where appropriate.

4.18 Enforcement

Where violations are identified, Creonio may take one or more of the following actions, depending on the nature and severity of the violation:

Enforcement decisions are made in good faith based on the information reasonably available at the time and may take into account the severity, frequency, intent, and impact of the conduct.

5. Creator Accounts & Creator Responsibilities

5.1 Becoming a Creator

Any eligible User may apply to become a Creator, subject to the Platform's verification requirements and approval process.

Approval as a Creator is not automatic and remains at the sole discretion of Creonio.

The Platform may require identity verification, age verification, payment verification, tax information, or additional documentation before Creator functionality is enabled.

Approval does not constitute an endorsement, partnership, employment relationship, agency relationship, or guarantee of future earnings.

5.2 Independent Creator Relationship

Creators use the Platform as independent publishers and independent businesses.

Nothing in these Terms shall be interpreted as creating:

Creators remain fully independent and retain responsibility for the operation of their own business activities.

5.3 Ownership of Content

Creators retain ownership of the intellectual property rights in the original Content they create and upload.

Nothing in these Terms transfers ownership of Creator Content to Creonio.

However, by uploading Content, the Creator grants Creonio the limited license described in Section 7 (Intellectual Property, Licenses & User Rights).

5.4 Creator Warranties

By publishing any Content, every Creator represents and warrants that:

These warranties apply continuously for as long as the Content remains available on the Platform.

5.5 Responsibility for Published Content

Creators bear sole responsibility for every item of Content they upload, publish, stream, distribute, or monetize through the Platform.

This responsibility includes, without limitation:

Publication through the Platform does not constitute approval, verification, endorsement, or legal validation by Creonio.

5.6 Required Consents

Where Content depicts another identifiable individual, the Creator is responsible for obtaining all legally required permissions before publication.

Such permissions may include:

Creators must retain such documentation and provide it to Creonio upon reasonable request where legally permitted.

5.7 Age & Content Verification

Creonio does not permit age-restricted or Adult Content on the Platform (see Section 4.4). Where Creonio has reasonable grounds to suspect that published Content may depict a minor, involve non-consensual material, or otherwise raise child-safety or Adult Content concerns, the Creator must cooperate fully with any request for documentation or information reasonably necessary to resolve those concerns.

Failure to cooperate, or failure to produce satisfactory documentation upon lawful request, may result in immediate suspension or permanent termination, in addition to any other enforcement action available under Section 8.

5.8 Platform Verification

Creonio may periodically review Creator accounts to ensure continued compliance with these Terms.

Reviews may include:

Failure to cooperate with reasonable compliance requests may result in suspension of monetization or account termination.

5.9 Prohibited Creator Practices

Creators may not:

5.10 Creator Communications

Creators remain responsible for communications sent through the Platform.

Communications must not:

Commercial communications must comply with applicable consumer protection and advertising laws.

5.11 Taxes

Creators are solely responsible for determining, reporting, collecting, remitting, and paying any taxes applicable to their activities, including but not limited to:

Creonio does not provide tax advice.

Creators are encouraged to consult qualified tax professionals regarding their individual obligations.

5.12 Regulatory Compliance

Creators are solely responsible for ensuring compliance with all laws applicable to their business activities, including laws relating to:

5.13 Removal of Creator Content

Creonio reserves the right to remove, restrict, disable access to, demonetize, or otherwise limit Creator Content where reasonably necessary to:

Removal of Content does not necessarily imply wrongdoing by the Creator.

5.14 Record Retention

Creators should retain copies of all original Content and supporting documentation.

Creonio does not guarantee permanent storage or perpetual availability of uploaded Content.

Creators remain responsible for maintaining their own backups.

5.15 No Guaranteed Income

Publication on the Platform does not guarantee:

Success on the Platform depends upon numerous factors beyond Creonio's control.

5.16 Cooperation During Investigations

Creators agree to cooperate reasonably with investigations concerning:

Failure to cooperate may result in temporary restrictions or permanent account termination where appropriate.

5.17 Creator Indemnification

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, Creators agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless Creonio, its owner, contractors, service providers, payment partners, moderators, and authorized representatives from claims, losses, liabilities, damages, costs, penalties, and reasonable legal expenses arising out of:

5.18 Platform Integrity

Creators are expected to contribute positively to the Platform ecosystem.

Repeated conduct that undermines trust, damages Platform reputation, manipulates users, or creates unreasonable legal or operational risk may result in enforcement action even where no single act independently constitutes a serious violation.

6. Subscriber Accounts, Payments & Digital Purchases

6.1 Purchasing Content

Subscribers may purchase access to Creator Content through subscriptions or other digital purchase methods supported by the Platform.

All purchases are subject to these Terms and any applicable payment processor requirements.

By completing a purchase, the Subscriber authorizes the applicable payment processor to charge the selected payment method.

6.2 Payment Processing

Creonio does not directly process payment card information.

Payments are processed through independent third-party payment service providers ("Payment Processors"), such as Stripe or other providers designated by the Platform.

Your use of payment services may also be subject to the applicable Payment Processor's terms, privacy policies, verification requirements, and fraud prevention procedures.

Creonio is not responsible for errors, delays, or interruptions caused by third-party payment providers.

6.3 Subscription Billing

Each Subscription corresponds to a single, one-time payment, individually authorized by the Subscriber through the checkout flow at the time of purchase.

That payment grants access to the selected Creator's Content for a fixed period, currently thirty (30) days from the date of payment, as displayed at checkout.

Creonio does not use recurring or automatically-charged billing for Subscriptions - no further payment is taken without the Subscriber separately initiating and authorizing it.

6.4 Access Period & Non-Renewal

Access granted by a Subscription automatically ends at the conclusion of the paid period stated at checkout.

Creonio does not automatically charge the Subscriber again at the end of that period, and the Subscription does not carry over or renew on its own.

To continue accessing a Creator's Content beyond the paid period, the Subscriber must complete a new, separate payment through the Platform. Pricing, availability, or access terms may differ for any subsequent payment.

6.5 No Cancellation Necessary

Because Subscriptions do not renew or charge automatically, there is no recurring charge for a Subscriber to cancel.

If the Subscriber does not complete a new payment before their current access period ends, access to that Creator's paid Content ends automatically at that time, with no further action required.

Refunds for an already-paid access period are governed separately by Section 6.10 (Refund Policy).

6.6 Prices

Creators determine the pricing of their own subscriptions and digital offerings unless otherwise restricted by Platform policies.

Displayed prices may include or exclude applicable taxes depending on the Subscriber's jurisdiction and applicable legal requirements.

Creonio reserves the right to display taxes, fees, and currency conversions separately where required.

6.7 Currency

Payments may be processed in one or more supported currencies.

Where currency conversion occurs, exchange rates and additional fees may be determined by the applicable payment provider or financial institution rather than Creonio.

6.8 Taxes

Subscribers remain responsible for any taxes applicable to their purchases under local law.

Where legally required, Creonio or its Payment Processor may collect and remit indirect taxes on applicable transactions.

6.9 Digital Nature of Purchases

Subscribers acknowledge that purchases made through the Platform relate primarily to digital services and digital content.

Unless otherwise required by applicable law, purchases grant limited access rights rather than ownership of the underlying Content.

No intellectual property rights are transferred through a subscription.

6.10 Refund Policy

Due to the nature of digital content, completed purchases are generally non-refundable.

Refunds may be considered in exceptional circumstances, including:

Nothing in this Section limits any mandatory consumer rights that cannot legally be excluded.

6.11 Chargebacks

Subscribers should first contact Platform Support before initiating a chargeback through their financial institution.

Where a chargeback is initiated, Creonio may:

Repeated abusive chargebacks may result in permanent account termination.

6.12 Fraud Prevention

Creonio reserves the right to review transactions for suspected fraud or abuse.

Protective measures may include:

Transactions may be delayed or cancelled where reasonably necessary to protect Users or comply with legal or payment processor requirements.

6.13 Payment Failure

If a payment cannot be successfully processed at checkout (for example, a declined card), the Subscription is not created and no access is granted.

The Subscriber may attempt the payment again or use a different payment method.

Because Creonio does not charge Subscribers automatically after the initial payment (see Section 6.4), there is no later, recurring payment attempt that can fail once access has already been granted for the current period.

6.14 Promotional Pricing

From time to time, Creators or Creonio may offer promotional pricing, discounts, trial offers, coupons, or special campaigns.

Unless expressly stated otherwise:

6.15 Payment Disputes

Users agree to cooperate reasonably during payment investigations.

Relevant transaction information may be shared with Payment Processors, financial institutions, or competent authorities where legally required.

6.16 Marketplace Role

Creonio provides the technical infrastructure enabling transactions between Creators and Subscribers.

Except where expressly required by applicable law, Creonio does not become the seller, purchaser, producer, publisher, or owner of Creator Content solely by facilitating transactions through the Platform.

6.17 Availability of Purchased Content

Subscribers acknowledge that Creator Content may become unavailable due to:

Creonio does not guarantee perpetual availability of purchased Content.

6.18 Payment Limits

Creonio may establish transaction limits, subscription limits, payout thresholds, verification thresholds, or other financial safeguards where reasonably necessary to:

6.19 Reserved Rights

Creonio reserves the right to refuse, delay, cancel, or reverse transactions where reasonably necessary to:

6.20 No Financial Advice

Nothing on the Platform constitutes financial, tax, investment, accounting, or legal advice.

Users remain responsible for obtaining independent professional advice where appropriate.

7. Intellectual Property, Licenses & User Rights

7.1 Ownership of Platform

The Platform, including its software, source code, databases, visual design, user interface, trademarks, logos, graphics, algorithms, documentation, text, functionality, and all related intellectual property, is owned by or licensed to Creonio and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws.

Except as expressly provided in these Terms, no rights are transferred to Users.

7.2 Ownership of Creator Content

Creators retain ownership of the intellectual property rights in the original Content they create and upload.

Uploading Content to the Platform does not transfer ownership to Creonio.

Nothing in these Terms shall be interpreted as an assignment of copyright from the Creator to the Platform.

7.3 Platform License

To operate the Platform, the Creator grants Creonio a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free, sublicensable, transferable (only in connection with a merger, acquisition, or sale of the Platform), limited license to:

This license exists solely to the extent reasonably necessary to operate and improve the Platform.

7.4 Promotional Use

Unless the Creator opts out through available Platform settings (where such settings are offered), Creonio may use publicly available Creator profile information and publicly accessible preview content for reasonable promotional purposes, including:

Subscriber-only content shall never be used for promotional purposes without the Creator's explicit permission.

7.5 Subscriber License

Subscribers receive a limited, personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to access purchased Creator Content solely for their own lawful personal use through the Platform.

Subscribers may not:

No ownership rights are transferred to Subscribers.

Users must respect the intellectual property rights of others.

Uploading copyrighted material without authorization is prohibited.

Where Creonio receives a valid infringement notice, the Platform may:

7.7 Repeat Infringers

Users who repeatedly violate intellectual property rights may have their accounts permanently terminated.

Creonio reserves the right to determine whether repeated violations have occurred based upon the facts of each individual case.

7.8 Trademarks

The name Creonio, together with associated logos, branding, graphics, service marks, trade dress, and other brand identifiers, are protected intellectual property.

Users may not use Creonio branding in a manner that suggests endorsement, sponsorship, partnership, or official affiliation without prior written permission.

7.9 Feedback

Users may voluntarily provide:

Unless otherwise agreed in writing, Users grant Creonio a perpetual, worldwide, royalty-free, irrevocable license to use, modify, implement, and commercialize such feedback without compensation.

Users are under no obligation to provide feedback.

7.10 AI Training

Creonio does not use private Creator Content or Subscriber-only Content to train general-purpose artificial intelligence models without the Creator's explicit consent.

Publicly available Content may be processed only where reasonably necessary to operate the Platform or where permitted by applicable law.

If Creonio introduces AI-powered creator tools in the future, additional disclosures and policies may apply.

7.11 Platform Improvements

Nothing in these Terms prevents Creonio from developing technologies, algorithms, recommendation systems, moderation tools, analytics, security systems, or artificial intelligence that learn from aggregated, anonymized, statistical, or operational Platform data, provided such processing complies with applicable privacy laws.

7.12 Content Removal

If Creator Content is removed from the Platform:

7.13 Reservation of Rights

Except for the limited licenses expressly granted in these Terms, all intellectual property rights remain reserved by their respective owners.

No implied licenses are granted.

7.14 Open Source Components

The Platform may incorporate open-source software governed by separate open-source licenses.

Nothing in these Terms limits any rights granted under the applicable open-source license.

Copyright owners who believe their rights have been infringed may submit a copyright complaint through the procedures published by Creonio.

Knowingly submitting false infringement claims may result in legal consequences under applicable law.

7.16 Preservation of Metadata

Where technically feasible, Creonio may preserve copyright metadata, attribution information, creator identifiers, watermarks, and similar ownership information embedded within uploaded files.

Users must not intentionally remove or falsify copyright management information where prohibited by applicable law.

7.17 AI-Generated Works

Creators remain solely responsible for ensuring that any AI-generated or AI-assisted Content they publish does not infringe third-party intellectual property rights or violate applicable law.

The use of AI tools does not transfer responsibility from the Creator to Creonio.

8. Platform Moderation, Enforcement & Trust & Safety

8.1 Our Moderation Philosophy

Creonio is committed to maintaining a platform that balances:

Moderation decisions are intended to protect the Platform and its Users while respecting legitimate creative expression.

Not every disagreement or controversial opinion constitutes a policy violation.

8.2 Content Review

Content may be reviewed:

Content reviews may be performed using a combination of automated technologies and human reviewers.

8.3 Reporting Content

Users may report Content that they reasonably believe violates:

Reports should be submitted in good faith and contain sufficient information to allow reasonable investigation.

8.4 False Reports

Submitting intentionally false, abusive, malicious, or retaliatory reports is prohibited.

Repeated abuse of reporting systems may result in:

8.5 Moderation Measures

Depending upon the severity of a violation, Creonio may:

8.6 Progressive Enforcement

Where appropriate, enforcement may follow a progressive model: educational notice, followed by an official warning, followed by temporary feature restrictions, followed by temporary suspension, followed by permanent account termination.

Creonio reserves the right to skip intermediate steps where immediate action is necessary to protect Users, comply with applicable law, or address serious violations.

8.7 Immediate Removal

Certain violations may result in immediate enforcement without prior warning, including but not limited to:

8.8 Appeals

Users may request review of certain moderation decisions through available appeal procedures.

Appeals should include:

Nothing in these Terms obligates Creonio to disclose information beyond what is legally required or reasonably necessary.

8.14 Emergency Situations

Where Creonio reasonably believes there is an imminent risk of serious physical harm, child exploitation, terrorism, large-scale fraud, or significant cybersecurity incidents, the Platform may take immediate protective measures without prior notice.

8.15 Automated Detection

Creonio may use automated systems to detect:

Automated systems assist moderation but do not necessarily make final enforcement decisions without human oversight where appropriate.

8.16 Human Review

Where appropriate and reasonably practicable, significant moderation actions may be reviewed by trained personnel.

Human review helps reduce erroneous enforcement decisions while balancing operational efficiency and user safety.

8.17 Platform Safety

Users agree not to interfere with moderation activities, including attempts to:

8.18 Good Faith

Creonio exercises moderation decisions in good faith based on the information reasonably available at the time.

The existence of later-discovered information does not necessarily render an earlier moderation decision improper.

8.19 Policy Updates

Trust & Safety practices evolve continuously.

Creonio may update moderation procedures to respond to:

8.20 Transparency Reports

Creonio may periodically publish aggregated transparency reports containing statistical information regarding:

Transparency reports will not intentionally disclose personal information.

8.21 No Obligation to Monitor

Except where required by applicable law, Creonio is not under a general obligation to proactively monitor all User Content or actively seek facts indicating unlawful activity.

Nothing in this provision limits Creonio's right to voluntarily investigate, review, moderate, or remove Content where reasonably necessary to operate the Platform, enforce these Terms, protect Users, or comply with legal obligations.

9. Privacy, Data Protection & GDPR

9.1 Respect for Privacy

Creonio recognizes that privacy is a fundamental right and is committed to processing personal data in a lawful, fair, transparent, and secure manner.

The protection of Users' personal information is an essential part of maintaining trust in the Platform.
